LOCTITE LF 318 96SCAGS88.5V BK 500G solder paste is a lead-free, no-clean, pin-testable, halide-free solder paste formulated for excellent moisture resistance and a wide process window for both reflow and printing. This product has high bond strength to withstand component movement during high-speed placement and extended printer idle times. LOCTITE LF 318 exhibits excellent solderability across a wide range of reflow profiles in both air and nitrogen on a variety of surface finishes, including Ni/Au, Sn immersion, Ag immersion, and OSP copper.
